Orientation Program

DA-IICT conducts orientation programs for incoming undergraduate and postgraduate students. These programs are designed to introduce new students to campus life and ensure a smooth transition. The aim is to help both students and their parents adapt to the campus environment through a series of activities and sessions. The orientation program includes special presentations covering academics, research, student life, and placements at DA-IICT.

During orientation, students have the opportunity to:

• Interact with Faculty, Staff, the Student Body Government (SBG) and Alumni.
• Connect with classmates and get acquainted with the campus.
• Meet the instructors of first semester courses of the program.
• Visit the Research Labs, Resource Center, Sports Activity Center and more.
• Gain an understanding of course registration and examination processes.
• Understand academic requirements and expectations.
• Learn about resources available for academic and social success at DA-IICT.
• Navigate the technology services used throughout their time on campus.
• Participate in special sessions aimed at sensitizing and raising awareness about important issues.
