JRF Hiring for the DST-GUJARAT (GUJCOST) Research Grant Project

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a Research Position to work at DA-IICT, Gandhinagar on a Sponsored Research Grant Project by the DST-GUJARAT (GUJCOST), Gujarat, India.

The project is in collaboration with Indian Institute of Public Health-Gandhinagar.

The project details, requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:

Position and Fellowship Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 post
Rs. 30,000/- p.m.
Essential Qualifications
  • M.Tech (Electronics & Communication/ ICT) or Equivalent with 60% marks
    OR
  • Final Year B.E./B.Tech students who have finished their credit requirements or B.E./B.Tech students in Engineering/ or Equivalent with 60% marks
    OR
  • M.Sc in Electronics with 60% marks and 2 years of Industrial/Research experience will be given preference.
Desirable Experience
  • Understanding of basic electronic systems and biomedical systems
  • Understanding of basic Machine Learning Algorithms and some experience in microcontroller and Raspberry-PI and Arduino Programming
Period of Appointment This post duration is for 3 months.
Job Description
  • Design and develop a novel IoT enabled acquisition system and verify relevant ML algorithms on the Raspberry-Pi system and develop an app for the system.
