Dr. Supekar has an extensive experience of about 40 years of cooperative dairy sector in India which ranges from small and marginal farmers at grassroots level to serving as Managing Director of NCDFI for about 13 years. The key areas of interest include upliftment of the rural farmers & women empowerment to bring social and cultural change and bringing in the digital technologies to revamp the Indian rural ecosystem.
