Executive Assistant

Job Profile:

Provide Executive, Strategic, Administrative, and all other activity support to both offices independently. A person with outstanding positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the journey of creating a global institution.

  • Managing the daily Calendar and Coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments and taking the agenda items forward with other stakeholders. This will include driving meetings independently for the purpose of execution.
  • Facilitating logistics and organizing regular activities.
  • Act as single point of contact for both the offices
  • Workflow coordination, Communication, Processes, and procedures for all tasks assigned.
  • Maintain professional, cordial, and collegial communications all the time.
  • Supporting with urgent meetings, tasks, and problem-solving.
  • Academia research reports documentation and presentation support as required.
  • Help respond to inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Developing Memorandum of Understanding, Concept Notes, Policy Drafts, Research reports and Presentations.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding meetings, documents, and conversations.
  • Office management and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external entities (print and electronic/audio-visual media, visiting guests, students' family members, etc.).
  • Coordinating with all the areas, the centers, and their leaders/chairpersons to get their input, as and when required.
  • Carry out all such activities deemed appropriate for the smooth functioning of the Offices or any such tasks as and when assigned by both offices
  • Identifying and collecting reading material (from libraries and other sources)
Qualification/Skillsets/Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree/ MBA.
  • Graduates with good academic records would also be considered.
  • Three - Five years of experience and at least two years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional candidates, who are agile and active and have superannuated may also apply.
  • High energy people with WHY NOT approach are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Adept at office management.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a wide diversity of terms and individuals.
  • Ability to identify issues and create action plans.
  • Comfortable meeting strict deadlines and schedules while setting priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work with frequent interruptions
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and other office productivity tools preferred.
Age Limit:

Upto 40 years.

Exceptional candidates with agility who are retired may be considered.
