Executive / Sr. Executive - CEP-AIP
The person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to the Continuing Education Program (CEP) and Anchor Institute Program (AIP). This role involves liaising with companies, collaborating with faculty, administrative units, and participants, to ensure the smooth functioning of programs and compliance with institutional and statutory requirements.
Responsibility:
- Exhibit strong coordination and liaison abilities with corporate stakeholders and industry partners.
- Prepare approval forms and assist faculty in organizing training programs for corporate, educational institutes, government agencies, and build databases of the events.
- Coordinate with university departments (Administrative, Hostel, IT, Accounts) and external agencies for the smooth execution of the program. Collaborate with the Communications team for program publicity, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Facilitate meetings with the Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Government of Gujarat, for AIP-related activities. Prepare event reports upon completion and document submission for AIP programs as per CED guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in managing corporate reskilling programs, training programs, and academic administration, Prior experience in coordinating large-scale workshops, seminars, or training programs with academic/industry partners.
- Skills:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office, Google Forms, Spreadsheet, Google Docs, and working knowledge of document management systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work collaboratively with faculty and industry partners.
- Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and utilization certificate (UC) preparation.
