Assistant Manager - PR and Social Media
Position Reports: Communications Advisor and Committee Job Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Main Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is implementing various communications plans and activities for the Institute. The candidate will interact with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and share them with the Communications Office. He/she will regularly engage with faculty, internal departments, and students.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share updates on events, awards, and program highlights.
- Assist in implementing communication campaigns and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Draft and edit materials (brochures, presentations) for consistent branding and messaging.
2. Media Relations
- Draft press releases and coordinate interviews and media interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, especially in the education sector.
- Coordinate with the PR agency for media coverage and manage media reports.
3. Social Media
- Draft posts and support social media campaigns for brand visibility.
- Collect and adapt content for social media, ensuring engagement and consistency.
- Monitor social media engagement and develop regular reports.
