UG Institute Fellowships at DAU

UG INSTITUTE FELLOWSHIPS AT DAU

(With effect from 2025-26 Batch)

From the academic year (2025-26), the Institute has added a new scholarship category, “Institute Fellowship” under which students at the time of admissions will be awarded multiple different fellowships namely rank based (JEE AIR and ACPC), only girl students (JEE AIR and ACPC rank) and out station school board toppers. The amount of the scholarship will be equal to 100% of the tuition fee for the duration of the program. All students in this category will continue to receive the scholarship subject to their satisfying the academic performance criteria in all subsequent semesters.

Eligibility and details of Fellowships

The student has to achieve 8.50/10.00 or above every semester. If the SPI falls below 8.50/10.00 in a particular semester, the fellowship would not be offered in the succeeding semester. However, if the SPI in a semester again is 8.50/10.00 or above, then the fellowship would be restored from the succeeding semester.

The students have to submit the certificate from their respective board to claim the Other State Board Toppers fellowship.

Other conditions

  1. The student should have been registered for the semester subsequent to which the scholarship is awarded and should have paid the tuition and other fees in full by the given due date.
  2. The student should PASS in all credit courses and should not have any backlog and/or disciplinary case(s) being initiated or recorded against her/him.
  3. The Scholarship is awarded based on the performance of the student in a semester and the student has to meet the eligibility criteria in each semester to be eligible for the award of the Scholarship.
  4. If a student withdraws from the program before completion of studies or her/his admission is terminated by the Institute or she/he is imposed any punishment/penalty due to indiscipline, the Institute has the right to recover the total scholarship amount paid to her/him.
  5. The awardee should not be the recipient of any other financial assistant / fellowship / scholarship from the Govt. of India / State Government / any other private agency.
  6. The selected student for the award has to submit an undertaking stating that she/he will be bound by the regulations of the Scholarship Scheme.
  7. If the student submits false document(s)/information, he/she will be liable for disciplinary action.
