The Sports Committee of Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU) successfully organised Concours 2025, the annual sports festival, from November 6-9, 2025 at the DAU campus in Gandhinagar. For four days, the campus was transformed into a vibrant hub of energy, determination, and athleticism.

The inauguration featured a live performance by stand-up comedian Pranav Sharma, setting an energetic and cheerful tone for the days that followed.

In addition to traditional sports like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom, Concours 2025 expanded its horizons by introducing three exciting new categories: Athletics (Track & Field), Esports (Gaming), and Pickleball.

This year, the level of competition was incredibly high, with two institutes distinguishing themselves through stellar performances. Ahmedabad University emerged as the overall champions of Concours 2025, dominating the leader board in almost all sport categories. In one of the most anticipated events of the festival, LJ University won the Cricket championship with extraordinary teamwork and strategy.

The event witnessed a massive gathering of over 5,000 students from 35+ colleges and universities, all coming together to compete, cheer, and celebrate the true spirit of sportsmanship. The committee was honoured to host numerous participating institutes, including: Ahmedabad University, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Nirma University, Gujarat National Law University, Adani University and many more.

This edition of Concours was a resounding success, bringing together a vibrant community of young athletes for a celebration of competitive excellence.
