Workshop on Mental Wellness and Workplace Harmony Held at DAU

DAU organized a one-day workshop on Mental Wellness, Well-Being, and Workplace Harmony, focusing on strategies to enhance professional and personal well-being.

Conducted by Ms. Monika Yadav, a certified life coach, the session covered key topics such as personal effectiveness and productivity, stress and anxiety management techniques, motivation and goal-setting strategies, and work-life balance. DAU Staff members engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises to develop effective coping mechanisms for workplace challenges.

The workshop provided valuable insights into fostering a healthy work environment, helping attendees improve motivation, resilience, and overall well-being.
