Works as Junior Research Fellow/Research Assistant ( JRF/RA ) for project titled "Analysis of Radiation from Multidevice High Gain Amplifier and Interaction of Active MMIC with Package / Housing Theory, Analysis and Measurement" Project funded by ISRO under RESPOND Programme (OGP53),DOS Sanction Order No. & Date: ISRO/RES/4/542/2007-08 dated 17th December 2007. Project duration 2 Years, 2009 to 2011.
As a Co principal investigator for project titled "Parameter Extraction PSP MOS Model using Particle Swarm Optimization", Recievd 1.45 Lac Rs Minor research grant from GUJCOST on 2016. Project is successfully completed.
Currently Guiding 4 PhD scholar students as supervisor in GTU, Ahmedabad and working as DPC members of 2 PhD scholar students of GTU.
